We traveled during spring break ( I don’t recommend unless you like crowds) Emerald Beach Resort: https://www.emeraldbeach.com/ ( booked through the hotel-no third parties) Hookd was location just across from Red Hook Plaza. Definitely recommend going! Taxi Tour was a nice experience. USVI have extremely bumpy roads, so keep that in mind. ( Steep hills as well) Rental cars would be ideal for an Airbnb rental. Most rentals are where the locals live. Quick Note:USVI travel 2021 is mandatory for a negative covid, upload to USVI traveling portal, must give you a green light from portal, temperatures will be checked upon arrival, Taxi service is a good option Bring lots of cash for taxi & local entertainment I was able to use my credit card at some places like ( Resort, Ferry ride to St John, Airport, Commercial Style Restaurants ) Language Spoken: English Currency: USD Be Polite at all times Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Night, Good Day is used most often prior to asking questions, request, or greeting someone!!!'
